nice room but lacks dining options

I enjoyed the peacefulness of my room, especially on the 22nd floor with its lovely city view. The staff provided excellent service, making my stay feel welcoming and comfortable.

The limited dining options in the hotel were disappointing.

Fantastic location, comfortable room, the Wi-Fi was reliable and the bed was large and comfy, helping us recharge for the next day as we explored the city with ease.

I had a lovely time during my recent stay where I enjoyed a fantastic shower and the very comfy bed every night. The rooftop terrace and wellness center were perfect spots to unwind after exploring the city. The only hiccup was the slow elevator, but it didn’t take away from the overall great experience! 😊

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with clean rooms and friendly staff who were very accommodating. I enjoyed the view of the Empire State Building from my room, making my stay even more special.

Had a wonderful experience during my three-night stay. The room was impeccably clean, with a spotless carpet and fully stocked towels. Enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff, especially Destiny at check-in. Safe neighborhood for solo travelers! Tip, Explore nearby eateries for a diverse dining experience.

Loved the Ainsworth's killer grub just steps away and the cozy vibes of Koffeecake Corner for breakfast bliss. Plus, the location was spot on for all the NYC adventures!

In my Standard King Room, I found the space tight, with little room to move around the large bed. The bathroom could barely accommodate closing the door, which detracted from comfort. Additionally, the TV had frustrating signal issues, cutting out intermittently, and the lighting in the room was dim, making it hard to see at times.

The location was ideal, close to subway stations. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean with good pressure in the shower. Perfect for coming back after a long day of sightseeing. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun group getaway!

The elevators were a hassle. We waited at least 10 minutes at times, especially during busy hours. It was frustrating trying to get everyone's luggage up and down. They seemed overwhelmed, which added to our stress on certain days.
